XT Tan is the founder of the TAG International Group and the driving force behind Evolette Locin’s operator philosophy. His background in law is not a credential — it is an operational asset. Trained at the National University of Singapore’s Faculty of Law, admitted to the Singapore Bar, and subsequently headhunted into the role of Group General Counsel for Asia-Pacific at the Wave House | Wave Loch | Surf Loch Group (2009–2019), XT has spent two decades at the intersection of complex commercial structures, high-stakes negotiation, and venture scaling under uncertainty.
